Like the contract is on your SIM card, I'm pretty sure the unlimited web bolt on is on your SIM card aswell, so yes. To make sure, ring your service provider (I'm assuming you're on O2 - if so, dial 202) speak with someone and ask them "does this account/SIM card (they'll be on your account information on the computer) have unlimited web access/web bolt on feature" and obviously if they reply yes then yes!
